Students Conference on Emerging Engineering and Economy (SCEEE)
Short Description:
The conference brings together Bachelor’s and Master’s students to present and discuss innovative ideas, applied projects, and early-stage research in a collaborative academic environment. It provides an opportunity for students to showcase their work, exchange perspectives, and gain valuable experience in presenting their ideas to a broader audience.
Participation is open to both individual students and teams, with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary approaches, particularly those combining engineering and economics.
Accepted submissions will be published in a Conference Book of Abstracts (with ISBN), with presentations delivered in one of the following formats:
(1) In person (oral or Poster presentation) or (2) Online.
Through this initiative, participants are encouraged to engage with real-world challenges, receive constructive feedback, and further develop their technical, analytical, and communication skills.
Participation in the conference is free of charge for all authors and attendees.
Conference Purpose:
The 5th Students Conference, titled “Students Conference on Emerging Engineering and Economy (SCEEE)” aims to strengthen the connection between academic learning and real-world application by encouraging students to engage in structured research, critical thinking, and problem-solving. It provides a platform for students to explore contemporary challenges and develop solutions that are both technically sound and economically relevant.
Guided by the motto “From Smart Skills to Smart Growth in the Digital Era” the conference highlights the role of emerging engineering approaches and economic perspectives in addressing modern challenges. It promotes interdisciplinary thinking and supports the development of analytical, research, and presentation skills, while fostering innovation, collaboration, and a deeper understanding of how technology-driven solutions contribute to sustainable growth.
